How long does charging take?
Depending on your vehicle’s charging capacity, DC fast charging at our charging hubs can get you to 80% capacity in as short as 20 minutes. That’s enough time for coffee and a stretch before you’re gone.
Will I have enough range between stops?
With 160+ ACMobility EV Charging Hubs located nationwide, there will most certainly be enough charge left in your battery before your next charge.
What if I break down on the road?
BYD provides 24/7 roadside assistance throughout the entire route. Call the support number on your vehicle or charging card and help arrives. On top of that, ACMobility offers Power-on-Wheels emergency charging on-call across Metro Manila—so you’re never out there alone.
Can I charge at night or in bad weather?
All ACMobility EV Charging Hubs are equipped with weather protection and operate around the clock. Rain or shine, your vehicle charges safely. Most stations have covered areas where you can wait comfortably.
What if the station I need is full?
Our stations have multiple charging bays available. Track availability in real time through their partner app, Evro. If one station is busy, you’ll know before you arrive and can adjust your route. The network is built for this journey.
